Obverse of the obverse of the coin is the Emblem of the Small State of Ukraine in the middle of the beaded circumference decoration, framed with sprays of guelder roses. Above the state emblem is the year of issue: 1996. Around the circumference of the coin there are inscriptions: ??????? at the top and in two rows: 200000 ????????????

Reverse there is a representation of a bell in the center of the coin with the inscription ?????????. Under the bell there is a strip with the inscription 1986-1996. In the background there are flying cranes: three, to the left of the bell and two, to the right. Around the circumference of the coin there is an inscription: ???????? ?????? ????????????. The words are separated with dots from each other and from the strip.
