Spain 2008 special set of the series dedicated to the Autonomous Communities
AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY OF ARAGON
Continuing with the issuance of the special series dedicated to each of the Autonomous Communities of Spain, the Royal Mint offers the Autonomous Community of ARAGON for sale. As a distinctive element, each of them incorporates a medal that reproduces the coat of arms of the corresponding Autonomous Community.
This issue includes the collection of Spanish euro coins from 2008, presented in a limited edition in a practical numbered blister that protects them and, at the same time, allows the perfect visualization of both sides of the coins.
In this edition, the blister packs with uncirculated Euro coins include a sterling silver medal with the coat of arms of Aragon
The maximum circulation of this Euroset with coins minted in 2008 is 20,000 units each.

Aragon Silver Medal
This sterling silver medal is dedicated to Aragon, famous for crucial events both for Spain and for all of Europe, as well as for its contribution to important politicians, scientists, philosophers and artists representing a rich and universal culture.
The traditional shield of the four quarters is shown on the obverse.
The crowned M, CECA mark of the Royal Mint, is represented on the reverse.
