This sterling silver medal is dedicated to Andalusia, which stands out both for being the most populated Autonomous Community in Spain, and for its cathedrals, fortresses, and monumental cities.
On the obverse the shield is shown composed of the figure of Hercules taming two lions, and closed by a semicircular arch.
The crowned M, CECA mark of the Royal Mint, is represented on the reverse.
