The coin is dedicated to a Ukrainian folk musical instrument made in the shape of a conical barrel (wooden cylinder). At one end a sheep membrane is stretched with a hole in the center of this skin. A lock of horse hair with a knot at one end is passed through this hole. Pulling the mane produces a sound similar to the roar of a bull or the boom of a bittern. This bass is used by popular instrument groups to create fun effects.
