The coin commemorates twenty years since the adoption of the Ukrainian constitution. Adopted
on June 28, 1996 by the Ukrainian Parliament on behalf of
Ukrainian citizens of all nationalities, the Constitution
Ukrainian law enshrines the fundamental norms governing the organization and
the functioning of the State and society of Ukraine.
